American Dream ??

Sapp Posted by Hello

Have you ever seen this man?? This is Bob Sapp who has been very famous in Japan as not only K-1 Fighter but TV Star.

It now seems that Sapp is on the way to be a Hollywood Star near the future even though Sapp's reputation in Japan almost broke down after a couple of loss at K-1 fight(Kickboxing). K-1 megastar Bob “The Beast” Sapp will make his Hollywood debut with remake of 1974 hit film The Longest Yard. The former NFL lineman turned martial arts fighter has been cast alongside a star-studded lineup that includes hit comics Adam Sandler and Chris Rock as well as award-winning actors Burt Reynolds and Gary Oldman. In addition to the roster of Hollywood talent assembled, the film also casts former NFL greats Michael Irvin, Brian Bosworth, and Bill Romanowski; hip-hop superstar Nelly; and professional wrestling’s “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. It sounds like American Dream finally come to Sapp after he enjoyed Japanese Dream(2 Japanese films, 10 commercials, and appeared on 24 TV shows in 2004). The film will be released on Memorial Day of next year.

By the way, all of Japanese HRC will release Halloween 2004 in Sep 15th. As they did before, all HRC but Fukuoka will release 2 kinds of Halloween. I really think that one Halloween pin from each HRC is good enough. Don't you think so ? I really hate the way that HRC Japan have done on their business. I hope it won't cause some collectors to leave this hobby.
