New film from Hayao Miyazaki !!
Mr.Miyazaki's new movie finally comes to the cinema today.Of course, I went to the cinema, and enjoyed the movie today.
The name of Miyazaki's new movie is Gedo Senki.
The story comes from Tales from Earthsea written by Ursula K. Le Guin.

The story was great, and I like this much better than Miyazaki's last film.
But my favorite among his films is still Castle in the Sky .

I am so jealous! It takes FOREVER for Miyazaki films to arrive in the US. And then it is hard to find them unless you live in a big city, so then you have to wait even LONGER for them to arrive on DVD.
My favorite is "Sen to Chihiro no kamikakushi" though I still have a fondness for "Majo no takkyûbin." It was the first Miyazaki film I saw, and the voice of Jiji in the English dub was performed by Phil Hartman (and I am a big fan!).
Of course, ALL of Miyazaki's work is the best, so it is hard to choose a favorite!
I don't know when Gedo Senki goes to US. This movie was one of my favorite among Miyazaki's film even though there are some people who don't like this story.
I of course like Sen to Chihiro.. That was another good one.
By the way, there will be the reason that bring you to Japan again. Maybe, in Sep, new HRC will be opened near Narita airport. I hope I can see you soon!
